Our Mission:
The Jamestown Rifle Club Inc. is an organization interested in promoting safe and competitive Rifle and Pistol shooting opportunities for firearm enthusiasts who desire active participation in the shooting sports. Our club is affiliated with the National Rifle Association, Civilian Marksmanship Program, USA Shooting and the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, all of which promote Rifle and Pistol shooting as a national sport.

*To All New Members: At the September 2018 Club Meeting, the membership voted in favor of the Jamestown Rifle Club becoming a 100% NRA Club, effective 1/1/19.
This requires that all new members who join after 1/1/19 MUST be either a current member in Good Standing with the National Rifle Association of America, OR must join NRA at the
time of joining the Jamestown Rifle Club. NRA Membership forms are available at the time of joining and you can receive a discount on your Annual NRA dues by joining and maintaining your annual dues through
the Jamestown Rifle Club. You must keep current on your NRA Membership to retain your Jamestown Rifle Club membership. If your NRA membership is revoked or not renewed annually, it will compromise your
continued membership with the Jamestown Rifle Club.*

Annual Membership Dues (Pro-rated Quarterly based on the month you join):
Voting Member (Ages 18 - 61): (January-March) $50.00; (April-June) $37.50; (July-September) $25.00; (October-December) $12.50
Voting Senior Member (Age 62 & Up): (January-March) $40.00; (April-June) $30.00; (July-September) $20.00; (October-December) $10.00
Associate Member (Includes Spouse or Child 18-21 in School): (January-March) $20.00; (April-June) $15.00; (July-September) $10.00; (October-December) $5.00
Fill out the New Member Application for Membership Form and bring it with full dues payment to the next Club Meeting. Club Meetings are
held at the Jamestown Rifle Club on the 1st Monday of each month at 7:30pm (If a holiday, then the meeting is the following Monday. UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE, NO CLUB MEETING WILL
BE HELD IN JULY).
*New Members will be eligible to apply for a Club Key ("Fob") after 6 continuous months of membership, provided they have met the requirements of:
1)Their dues are current; 2)They must be paid members of the National Rifle Association (NRA); and 3)They have attended at least 2 club meetings and/or 2 work parties within that first 6 months of membership
(The meeting in which the new member was sworn in DOES NOT count towards this requirement).* For more information about the Club Key Requirements, see the "Membership Renewals"

*To All Renewing Members: Due to the decision to become a 100% NRA Club as of 1/1/19, all renewing members will be required to keep both their NRA and JRC dues
current and in Good Standing in order to remain members of the JRC. The one exception to this is the NRA's Grandfather Clause, which allows that all current JRC members who are in Good Standing prior to
1/1/19, who are not already a member of the NRA will not be required to join the NRA as long as their dues are kept current and they remain in Good Standing each year with the Jamestown Rifle Club.
However, the Grandfather Clause also states that if a renewing member of the JRC who was Grandfathered-In lapses on their JRC membership, upon re-joining the club they will no longer be covered by
the Grandfather Clause, and will therefore be considered as a New Member, and as such will have to follow the New Member requirement to join and maintain a membership with the NRA in order to also be a
member of the Jamestown Rifle Club.*

1. Your Club Dues must be current
2. You must be a Club Voting Member for SIX (6) MONTHS before applying for a Club Key
3. You must be a current paid-up Member of the National Rifle Association (NRA)
4. In the previous TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR to submitting the Club Key Application:
(a). You have to attend at least TWO (2) Scheduled Regular Monthly Meetings
(b). You have attend at least ONE (1) Scheduled Work Party (Exception: Members with special situations or alternate shift/work schedules can appeal to the Board of Directors for a Club Key, which can modify requirements
as it deems equitable)
5. You must pay any fees required for the Club Key as set by the Board of Directors
6. Club Keys can be turned in for a refund of the cost of the FOB at a Regular Monthly Meeting
7. Club Keys cannot be loaned or given to another Person, Member or Non-Member. To do so will result in the loss of your Jamestown Rifle Club Membership.
8. The Club Key Administrator must verify that the requirements have been met before issuing the form to be completed by the Member applying for the FOB
